Physiotherapist - Acute Frailty Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our acute frailty team at Glan Clwyd Hospital. The successful candidate will have a Physiotherapy degree (BSc) or diploma, HCPC Registration, and proven experience in acute/frailty physiotherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in the acute frailty team.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
- At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
