Key Responsibilities:

As a Physiotherapist, you will be working in the Musculoskeletal Out Patient department at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. You will be responsible for managing Orthopaedic Consultant referrals and complex post-operative orthopaedic patients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing Orthopaedic Consultant referrals is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills are necessary.
  • A commitment to weekend working in the Trauma and Elective wards is required.
  • Knowledge of staff development through appraisal process, supervision and CPD opportunities is expected.
