Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are working with a well-established heavy industrial company who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a short-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
