Job Summary:

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of production processes and equipment to provide expert maintenance support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair, preferably in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
