About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at ABM. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff at Livingston Designer Outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the effective delivery of security services.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all security personnel understand their roles and responsibilities and provide training and support as needed.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and develop plans to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of security policies and procedures, including SIA and CCTV regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
