About the Role:

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team at an SEN School in Leicester. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support the planning, assessments, and marking of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher with planning, assessments, and marking.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons independently during the class teacher's absence.
  • Ensure the students are in a safe learning environment.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group booster sessions within and out of the classroom.
  • Cover PPA periods.
  • Be creative with wall and classroom displays.
  • Deliver Behaviour, Numeracy, Literacy, and Social Interventions.

Requirements:

  • A valid right to work document.
  • An Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service.
  • 2 proof of address.
  • An Overseas Criminal Clearance if applicable.
  • Relevant Qualifications, Training, and/or Experience.
  • A full Driver's License and access to a car (desired but not necessary).
