Senior Finance Manager

Future PLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join its Magazine division. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Magazine revenue, producing monthly financial management accounts, and driving business growth through financial analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end reporting and analysis, including producing monthly management accounts and performance analysis.
- Support the Head of Finance in transforming the subscription revenue reporting to align with brand allocation between Specialist and News & Wealth.
- Prepare performance analysis and commentary versus budget/forecast, and present the monthly results to key stakeholders.
- Lead the monthly management accounts process for Magazine revenue, quarterly forecasting process, and oversight of year-end close.
Requirements:
- Experienced qualified accountant with greater than 4 years of PQE (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
- Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing junior team members.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills, with an aptitude for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, review, and improve processes and controls.
- Comfortable driving change across multiple functions and stakeholders, with a positive mindset and proactive approach.
