Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Future. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our Magazine revenue, producing monthly financial management accounts, and providing business partnering support to our Subscription Marketing Directors and Newstrade Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Ownership of producing monthly management accounts to a strict timetable and in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting practice
- Support the Head of Finance in transforming the subscription revenue reporting to align with brand allocation between Specialist and News & Wealth
- Prepare performance analysis and commentary versus budget / forecast, as well as presenting the monthly results to Head of Commercial Finance and Key stakeholders within the business
- Experienced qualified accountant, with greater than 4 year PQE (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Proven track record of managing, coaching and develop junior team members
- You will need to be comfortable leading the monthly management accounts process for Magazine revenue, quarterly forecasting process and oversight of year end close
- Strong communication and business partnering skills with an aptitude for collaboration and share knowledge sharing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand, review and improve processes and controls
- Comfortable driving change across multiple functions and stakeholders
- Confidence to challenge the status quo, balanced with providing guidance to the business
- Positive mindset, proactive and with a can-do attitude
