This role requires someone who can inspire a team, bring out potential, and lead by example. You\u2019ll develop, cost, and produce fresh seasonal menus for our revenue streams.
- Experience championing excellent service through quality food as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Possess a passion for leading and developing a team
- Be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
- Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
- Demonstrate creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes
- Great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls
- Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
