**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Operations Executive to join our team at runyourfleet. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing rental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place rental bookings for cars, vans, and HGVs with a wide variety of suppliers across the UK.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure business growth and expansion.
  • Handle vehicle-related administration, including fines and damage.
  • Manage the rental platform, including Epyx 1-Link and internal systems.
  • Support the maintenance control team with downtime management and rental support.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer service across the business.
  • Manage business-wide customer service systems.
  • Work with colleagues to strengthen and develop relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Industry experience, particularly in commercial and specialist vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills, including email etiquette.
  • A clear, confident, and articulate telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative role.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Confidence and a positive approach.
  • Ideal experience in the truck, van, and car rental industry.
