We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our People team at GRIDSERVE. As the HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the team with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Generalist HR Administration: Manage the people team inbox, respond to general enquiries, and escalate to the Senior HR Manager when necessary.
- HR Data Management: Ensure HR data and files are accurate and compliant at all times, refining administration processes to improve efficiency.
- Onboarding and Leavers Process: Manage the onboarding process for new starters, including right to work checks, and ensure the return of all company equipment for leavers.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the function, including raising POs, taking minutes, and other duties assigned by the Senior HR Manager or CHRO.
- Compliance and Governance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including anti-bribery policy and environmental and quality management standards in compliance with ISO standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong attention to detail.
