Key Responsibilities
  • Providing outstanding care and support to residents with complex needs and dependency levels
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans to meet individual needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Continuously striving for excellence in clinical practice and care delivery
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse qualification
  • Experience in writing comprehensive care plans and conducting clinical assessments
  • Strong understanding of clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST
