Occupational Therapist Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Team Lead role within our Adult Learning Disabilities Team in Salford. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our staff and patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students
- Manage a significant clinical workload, including assessing and treating patients with learning disabilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs
- Monitor and improve standards of support, contributing to the review and redevelopment of service plans
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality support and positive outcomes for patients
- Registered Occupational Therapist with a Dip COT or BSc in Occupational Therapy
- Postgraduate training in a relevant area, such as clinical supervision or leadership
- Experience of working in a community setting, particularly with adults with learning disabilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
