Occupational Therapist Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Team Lead role within our Adult Learning Disabilities Team in Salford. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our staff and patients, working to improve health, well-being, and life skills for individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students
- Manage a significant clinical workload, including assessment and treatment of patients
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs
- Monitor and improve standards of support, contributing to service planning and development
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality support and positive outcomes
- Registered Occupational Therapist with a Dip COT or BSc in Occupational Therapy
- Postgraduate training and experience in a community setting
- Leadership and supervision skills, with experience of working in Adult Learning Disabilities settings
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure
