Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to lead our supported living service in Bury Ramsey. As a seasoned professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality support services to our clients, collaborating closely with the management team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide day-to-day supervision and management of the service, overseeing the allocation of shifts, training, and medication administration.
  • To support colleagues in their professional development, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • To contribute to the creation and implementation of care plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
  • To foster a positive working environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members.

Requirements

This position demands a strong foundation in Health & Social Care, with a Level 3 qualification being essential. Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker is also required, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care in a similar setting. Ideally, you will have worked with individuals with autism, developing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
