Join Our Team as a Head of Data Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data Analytics to join our team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing a data and insight function, developing a data strategy, and working across functions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a data and insight function to support informed decision-making
  • Develop a data strategy to drive business growth and improvement
  • Work across functions to implement data-driven initiatives
  • Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of internal and external data
  • Build and maintain external collaborations to share, merge, and analyze data

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), SQL/NoSQL, and Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Familiarity with tools for managing large datasets, e.g. GCP, AWS, Hadoop, and BigQuery
  • Expertise in building reports and dashboards using Power BI and the Microsoft Azure Power Platform
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, insight tools, and project management technologies
