Job Title: Head of Data Insights

Join CommuniTech Recruitment Group as we seek a highly skilled Head of Data Insights to lead our Data Insights team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

The Head of Data Insights will oversee the Data Insights team, responsible for transforming raw data into comprehensive and meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making. You will lead a team of data engineers and data visualization specialists to provide strategic insights, develop data pipelines and dashboards, and support decision-making processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Data Insights team to deliver high-quality data insights and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Establish and oversee compliance with security processes and ensure overall quality of processes
  • Guide the production of data insights team output, including dashboards and reports, in alignment with company guidelines and best practices
Requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of data insights and business intelligence and how it can drive commercial value
  • Experience working with data visualizations, proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI, and proficiency in ETL processes and data modeling
  • Interest in energy trading and willingness to work across the business to understand the needs of different departments/teams
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to tackle data-related challenges
