Job Title: Head of Insights and Diagnostics

At Mind Gym, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Insights and Diagnostics team. As the Head of Insights and Diagnostics, you will be responsible for developing and launching market-leading diagnostics and assessment products, leveraging data to build differentiated insights and IP, and leading a small high-performing team of psychometricians and data engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a roadmap for diagnostics, assessments, and data strategy
  • Generate cutting-edge insights from proprietary data to inform product development and differentiate us in the market
  • Develop and launch diagnostics and assessments, including culture diagnostics and personality assessments
  • Leverage data to personalize learning for learners and automate diagnostic and assessment platforms
  • Represent Mind Gym's insights to the market and clients, and upskill client-facing teams on diagnostics, assessments, and insights
Requirements:
  • PhD in a quantitative social science, preferably in behavioral science, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience creating data products and insights in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience launching diagnostics and assessments successfully
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and communicating effectively with executives
