At Tutors Green, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tuition to students with Special Educational Needs in English and Maths.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Provide tuition that is tailored to the specific needs and abilities of students.
  • Assess student progress and work to overcome any barriers to learning.
  • Monitor student progress and produce regular reports.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to thrive.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum content and qualification frameworks.
  • Regularly report updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
  • 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience.
  • Ability to work with students of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Right to be self-employed in the UK.
