We are committed to delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team.
Job SummaryAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our care teams to create a warm and welcoming environment that meets the individual needs of each resident.
You will be responsible for observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Work closely with care teams to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Observe, review, and finalise care planning needs
- Assist with social activities and events
- Support the training and supervision of junior colleagues
We offer a competitive salary starting at £12.52 per hour up to £13.27 per hour (depending on qualification), employer pension contribution of 3%, recognition schemes, and rewarding referral schemes.
We also offer uniform provided, DBS check costs paid, 28 days annual leave (based on full-time hours, including Bank Holidays), fully funded training and development, and support with personal development plans.
