Onboarding and Compliance Coordinator

Kidwells Group is looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their team As a key member of our Management Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding and compliance function within the organisation.
**Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve the efficiency of onboarding and compliance verification for clients.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
- Assist in conducting research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to support compliance initiatives.
**What You'll Need To Bring:*
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or compliance support role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to our industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
