We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home-Based Chemotherapy Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with cancer in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering chemotherapy treatments and conducting clinical assessments. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. As a Home-Based Chemotherapy Professional, you will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan. You will also sustain professional standards, document all clinical data, and report any adverse drug events via the correct protocol.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel regionally to visit patients at home. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,480 - £42,640 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including company car or car allowance, NMC fees paid for, 25 days annual leave, contribution-based pension scheme, and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
