The Recpool Group Ltd is seeking an experienced payroll professional to join their team as a Payroll Processing Specialist. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's payroll to its clients, along with any payroll-related administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have previous full-cycle UK payroll process experience, accounts management experience, and be competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and time management skills.

The role involves managing the daily activities of the payroll support, ensuring accurate and timely processing of new client setups and data updates, and understanding of agency payroll to accurately process the payroll by the correct payment method. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation, producing payroll reports for the division manager, and quickly resolving any payroll queries across areas like PAYE, tax, and compliance.

The successful candidate will also act as the primary point of contact for payroll queries in assisting the customer service team to provide a high-end professional service to the clients, ensure that confidentiality and security of payroll information is maintained, and reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

The company offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, immediate start available, generous holiday allowance, company pension, hybrid working, company sick pay, and employee discounts.
