Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £41,500 per annum, rising to £44,625 based on performance, with an additional 5% retention bonus and rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (varies for part-time). On top of your salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and the opportunity to choose your schedule, with options for 3, 4, or 5 days a week.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 12 months post-qualification experience in one of the specified fields
  • Active registration with the NMC/HCPC with no restrictions
  • Right to work in the UK
  • No prior Functional Specialist experience needed; full training provided
