Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Costs Billing Coordinator to join our team at IPS Finance.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining costs billing schedules, supervising junior staff, and developing ongoing processes for regular billing triggers.
  • They will also ensure timely payments and collaborate with the Accounts and Finance team to produce reports and management information.
  • Additionally, they will support any disputed bills and provide final checks with fee earners prior to submission.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience + comprehensive benefits package.
