Electrical Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Assessor to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing and a passion for the trade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing students completing Diploma levels 1-3 courses
  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Creating a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and resources
  • Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to curriculum development
Requirements:
  • A recognized assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1 Award, CAVAECT)
  • Plenty of experience assessing learners 16+
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Commitment to professional development and staying current with educational best practices
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service or prepared to apply for one
