Job Summary:

To provide administrative support to the valuation team and local office at Lambert Smith Hampton, enabling them to offer an exceptional client service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Format reports and letters in line with specifications and develop template formats when required.
  • Adhere to mandatory procedures set out by the Division.
  • Produce correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard within agreed deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain effective systems for filing, information retrieval, and document reproduction.
  • Maintain and update in-house database systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and liaise with surveyors to resolve issues.
  • Manage the processing of invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate fee allocations and job closure.
  • Assist with mandatory audits as required.
  • Process expenses as necessary.
  • Coordinate diaries and arrange travel and accommodation for the team.
  • Assist in organising departmental events.

Key Qualities and Qualifications:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Work flexibly to cover office work, particularly during holidays or absence.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and liaise with colleagues to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Confidence in managing work priorities.
  • Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation and company policies.
