About the Job

As a Senior Sales and Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on managing a team of Commercial Account Managers and Business Development Managers who oversee high-performing Chinese restaurants in the UK and Ireland. You will collaborate closely with Regional Managers, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Commercial Account Managers and Business Development Managers to manage high-performing Chinese restaurants in the UK and Ireland.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate effectively with restaurants to achieve best outcomes for Deliveroo and grow partners' businesses.
  • Oversee the execution and performance of large commercial programmes, working across regional, commercial, and project teams.
Benefits:

Deliveroo offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
