Service and Repair Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service and Repair Manager to join our team at Stannah. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair Operations: Oversee and manage the repair operations of our lift installations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of skilled lift engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they consistently deliver high-quality service.
  • Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures, conducting regular site monitoring and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and delivering results that meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in lift repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
