The Role

We are seeking a Senior Fixed Income Performance Analyst to join our Front Office Services team in London, UK. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality performance analysis and attribution services to our clients, and for working closely with our portfolio managers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and monthly calculation of performance returns
  • Conduct attribution analysis across a range of fixed income strategies
  • Work with portfolio managers to provide portfolio analysis queries and attribution requests
  • Liaise with internal teams and/or third parties to deal with data issues and ensure accurate performance data is produced by the systems
  • Contribute to projects within the team and throughout the business

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Performance & Attribution Analyst role
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of fixed income instruments
  • Proven ability to handle large data sets
  • Advanced Excel, working knowledge of VBA and SQL is preferred
  • Highly numerate with good attention to detail
  • Experience of Blackrock Aladdin would be useful
