About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Income Performance Analyst to join our Front Office Services team in London, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily and monthly calculation of performance returns, performing attribution analysis across a range of fixed income strategies, and working with Portfolio Managers to provide portfolio analysis queries and attribution requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate daily and monthly performance returns for fixed income portfolios
  • Perform attribution analysis to identify drivers of portfolio performance
  • Work with Portfolio Managers to provide portfolio analysis queries and attribution requests
  • Liaise with internal teams and third parties to resolve data issues and ensure accurate performance data
  • Contribute to projects within the team and across the business
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Performance & Attribution Analyst role
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of fixed income instruments
  • Proven ability to handle large data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of VBA and SQL
  • Highly numerate with good attention to detail
  • Experience with Blackrock Aladdin is a plus
