About the Role

As a Team Leader Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting management within a residential service for young adults with disabilities, including severe learning difficulties and complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the induction and ongoing training and development of new staff members
  • Lead a team of staff, resolving performance issues and ensuring high levels of support are provided at all times
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Undertake sleep-in duties and on-call responsibilities
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Support Worker with:

  • Experience in shift/team leading
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and complex health needs
