EA Support Specialist for Global Risk Management

We are looking for an EA Support Specialist to join our Global Risk Management team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Compliance, Europe, and the Chief Risk Officer, Global Risk Management. Your duties will include managing their diaries, making travel arrangements, handling expenses, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Compliance and Chief Risk Officer, including diary management, travel bookings, and expense handling.
  • Assist with budget management, including invoice payments and approvals.
  • Coordinate team meetings and presentations.
  • Manage departmental processes, including updating organizational charts and maintaining emergency contact lists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent typing skills, and knowledge of Microsoft applications. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers a salary of approximately £55,000-£75,000 per year.
