Camp Manager: Activity Day Camp

Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Camp Manager to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps.

About the role:

As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the camp, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our campers.

You will lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the camp.

We are looking for someone with experience in leading teams and a passion for working with children.

About you:

Over 18 years old

Available to work during the school holidays

UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's

Previous experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team

Desirable to have a level 3 childcare qualification / PGCE

High level of safeguarding awareness

Paediatric first aid is desirable as we offer this as part of our training

We run award-winning day camps for children between the ages of 3 and 14 across the South of England during the school holidays.

These camps operate weekdays only between 8am and 6pm, meaning you will have the weekends off

Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references.
