Clinical Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with extensive experience of working with individuals in mental health, learning disability, or criminal justice services.
About the Role:- Provide overall clinical leadership responsibility for the team
- Responsible for the overall standards, including assessment of need, risk, and delivery of care within the organisation's policy and procedures
- Support the Senior RECONNECT and Liaison and Diversion Practitioners to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior delivery partners
