About the Role

Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our Endoscopy team. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a clinical team, championing patient safety, and promoting governance activity within the endoscopy service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and champion patient safety within the endoscopy service, identifying potential issues and encouraging staff to report safety concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote clinical effectiveness and ensure compliance with Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework and national standards.
  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation and maintain high-quality patient care standards.
  • Provide clinical expertise and act as a resource for the Endoscopy team.
  • Lead and organize the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day-to-day basis.
