About the Role

You will be supporting one individual with complex needs, who is interested in walking, shopping, and meeting new people. You will work closely with our team to develop a personalized support plan that meets their unique needs and preferences.

We are looking for someone with a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, and sensory communication. You will be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
