About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Counter Specialist to join our team at Harrods in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver successful business results through team motivation and engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective counter event strategies and activity plans focused on new product launches and core focus areas.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, department store managers and staff, as well as external businesses for events and collaborations.

Main Performance Indicators:

  • Embodiment of the NARS brand image and performance guidelines in all interactions with customers.
  • Effective management of virtual tools and services available to customers, including consultations, online masterclasses, and social media communication.
  • Cultivation of a proactive presence on social media platforms and representation of the NARS brand image and performance guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading teams and conducting artistry/service-driven workshops.
  • Strong ability to develop and train Artists on product knowledge, application techniques, and service excellence.
  • Familiarity with shop floor coaching and co-serving to develop skill sets of the artistry team.
Benefits and Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
