Senior Service Scheduler

Job Summary:
Premier Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Service Scheduler to join our team. As a Senior Service Scheduler, you will be responsible for optimizing service and support planning, assignment, and dispatching. You will work closely with the service teams to ensure that field agents are equipped with the necessary parts to perform field service visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimizing service and support planning, assignment, and dispatching
• Updating and managing the service schedule in a timely and accurate manner
• Planning and communicating with customers and internal teams to confirm appointments and action plans
• Assigning and dispatching field agents with the right skills to a work order and in line with SLA's
• Ensuring field agents are equipped with required parts to perform field service visits
• Coordinating and communicating with the service teams, including coordinating all types of field activities and assisting with UKI planning projects
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, field engineer scheduling, and customer service
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge, with medical device and instrument experience being advantageous
• High level of skill in Microsoft Suite, CRM (Salesforce), and SAP
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
