We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fostering recruitment and assessment team.
As Fostering Recruitment and Assessment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust annual foster carer recruitment strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assessments and fostering services.
You will lead on the development of Connected Persons assessments and provide expert advice to other teams as needed.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for working with foster carers, Connected Persons, and Special Guardians.
You will have a strong understanding of relevant statutory legislation and guidance, as well as experience in ensuring quality assessments and data-driven decision making.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and improvement in our fostering services, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
