Job Title: High-End Hospitality Team Leader

About the Company:
LHR is a prestigious hospitality group with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service. We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team at one of our 4 AA Red Star properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service to guests.
  2. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Identify and address potential risks and hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
  6. Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
  7. Manage staff performance and conduct regular appraisals.
  8. Contribute to the development of the hotel's overall strategy and goals.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Proven leadership experience within a quality food and drink setting.
  2. Able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Due to the rural location, own transport is required.
