Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-5, 37 hours per week

Pay: £14-17 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be working closely with our Damp & Mould team to ensure effective communication with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep tenants up to date with work processes and progress
  • Communicate with contractors and update tenants on work orders status, progress, and issues
  • Manage access requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to tenants

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
