Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to students in English, focusing on GCSE and A-Level studies.
  • Develop and deliver engaging educational materials to enhance student understanding and retention.
  • Collaborate with experienced educators to gain valuable insights into effective teaching strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Explore potential pathways into teaching roles, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • Academic excellence: Achieved a 2:1 or higher in English Literature, English Language, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Comparative Literature, American Literature, or a related field.
  • Passion for education: A strong commitment to fostering a love for English and motivating students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
