The Company Secretary - Leadership Role at Pure Search is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Secretary to take on a senior governance position. As the Board Secretary, you will be responsible for supporting the firm's Boards and Committees, working closely with the Group Company Secretary.
**Your Experience:**
- You have experience in supporting Board level stakeholders within an Insurance/Financial Services environment.
- You are confident in advising the Board on governance matters and financial statements.
- You have built relationships at all levels across the business.
