Salary: £23,500 to £31,000 (includes sleep-in and additional responsibility) + Benefits
Hours: 39 hours per week
We are seeking a number of Support Workers to join an incredible organisation providing support and education to young children between the ages of 6 to 12 years old who have come from traumatic backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and education to young children with traumatic backgrounds
- Work in a team to deliver a high-quality service
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development of individualised care plans
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
