Job Title: Support Worker - Day Shift

Location: Vacancies in Natland and Kendal

Salary: £23,500 to £31,000 (includes sleep-in and additional responsibility) + Benefits

Hours: 39 hours per week

We are seeking a number of Support Workers to join an incredible organisation providing support and education to young children between the ages of 6 to 12 years old who have come from traumatic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and education to young children with traumatic backgrounds
  • Work in a team to deliver a high-quality service
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of individualised care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
