- Understand and comply with company policies and security measures, demonstrating control and awareness.
- Maximize sales opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience, aligning with customer and business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and benefits, ensuring knowledge is current and accurate.
- Deliver effective product placement, meeting merchandising guidelines and brand partner expectations.
- Understand and achieve KPI targets, driving results and growth.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, adopting the right product, place, and time compliance.
- Engage with and provide feedback to contribute to the wider business.
- Support senior management in coaching the team, promoting development and growth.
- Exhibit strong, positive communication, motivating the team and fostering good working relationships within the store.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
- Knowledge and passion for luxury brands.
- Ability to drive sales through exceptional service.
- Understanding of visual presentation and its impact on sales floors.
- Effective communication skills to motivate a team.
