We are seeking a skilled Corporate Accommodation Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a local authority or public sector organization and possess a strong understanding of corporate standards, procedures, and resource management principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the provision of fully serviced offices and other accommodation for Council staff.
- Assess accommodation requirements for all Council staff and make recommendations to the Building Support Manager.
- Implement information management policies to ensure all corporate accommodation is fit for purpose and meets service needs.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate office moves, including liaison with key personnel.
- Proficient CAD user with knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience working for a local authority or public sector organization.
- Detailed knowledge of office planning techniques, technology solutions, and serviced office concepts.
- Understanding of legislation relating to offices, including DDA, H & S, Building Control, and Building Regs.
Service Care Solutions is offering a competitive hourly rate of £20 per hour (Umbrella Ltd) for this contract position.
