Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 2 or GCSE at Grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English.
  • Outstanding ICT and keyboard skills, with the ability to use multiple systems concurrently.
  • Evidence of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer-focused environment, such as a contact centre.
  • Excellent active listening skills, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and ability to interpret customer requests for information.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
