Fragrance Specialist

At Le Labo, we're passionate about creating unique and personalized fragrance experiences for our customers. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect fragrance.

We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about fragrances and has a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the world of perfumery, working with our expert team to create inspiring in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find the perfect fragrance
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in the world of perfumery
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create inspiring in-store experiences
  • Contribute to the success of our store by achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service

About You:

  • You may have previous retail experience, but at Le Labo, your continued development is deeply invested in, you will inevitably become a fragrance connoisseur
  • You have a passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • You have an approachable, friendly with a 'can-do' attitude
  • You have confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
  • You have flexible availability across days/hours
  • You have proof of right to live and work in the country
