About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Make informed risk assessment decisions to maintain the high standards of risk evaluation that our business is known for.
  • Foster strong relationships with brokers to drive the success of the business.
  • Work with a range of insurers, brokers, and other insurance organisations to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain a robust understanding of the insurance industry, particularly within Property underwriting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Property underwriting.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in underwriting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
  • ACII qualification or progress towards it would be highly regarded.
